A franchise exhibition was held in Baku!

Anar Mammadov, the Partner of BONAFIDE Law Firm, member of the Bar Association of the Republic of Azerbaijan, made a speech at the franchise exhibition organised by the Russian company FRENCH REGION in Baku on 26 September 2024.

Some leading Russian companies offering their business models to entrepreneurs were presented at the exhibition. Azerbaijani organisations and media representatives also took part in the exhibition. In his presentation Anar Mammadov pointed out the most important points of legal regulation of franchising and practical aspects of this process, also emphasised the importance of deciding on the applicable law, drawing up a written contract between the franchisor and franchisee, as well as other legal details.

In addition, Anar Mammadov answered the legal questions of the event participants regarding the franchising procedure.
