Narmin Guliyeva is an associate with the firm. Prior to joining BONAFIDE, Narmin was a junior lawyer at RESANT Group and Simbrella Baku.
Narmin specializes in administrative, contract, corporate and commercial law. She regularly advises clients on various regulatory issues, corporate compliance, employment, and corporate governing matters. She is experienced in drafting and reviewing various types of legal documents, including commercial contracts, legal memoranda, internal corporate documents, etc.
Narmin holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Baku State University, and a master’s degree in International and Transnational law from IIT Chicago Kent College of Law.
